Live Mas Scholarship
The Live Más Scholarship is for students who are pursuing higher education, preparing for the workforce, or using their passion to ignite change in their communities and beyond. At MTB, we are fortunate to have had two team members attain this scholarship.
Parental leave
Becoming a new parent is a big deal and MTB supports all of our employees in this new and amazing adventure. Everyone in the company is eligible to take paid Paternity Leave. Knowing the challenges that becoming a parent presents, we felt everyone should have the ability to take time away from work while still earning a full paycheck.
401(k) Participation
MTB has made saving for retirement a cornerstone of our Make a Difference platform. We match our team's contributions; we reduced the age requirement, we reduced the hours worked requirement, and once we put money in your 401(k), it's yours! We have yet to see a more inclusive program than ours!

Most people would like to make a difference in their community but finding the time to do so is challenging. At MTB, you can take a full week - paid - to volunteer for the cause of your choice. This is one of the most unique aspects of the MTB Benefit package and a clear demonstration of our commitment to making a difference.
